The Lite plan includes a 7-day free trial. During the trial:

  • No payment is required
  • No credit card needed to start
  • Full access to Lite plan features
  • Cancel anytime before the trial ends

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to any paid plan and aren't satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked.

How to request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@growthpilotai.app
  2. Include your Shopify store URL
  3. Tell us you'd like a refund (no reason needed)
  4. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refunds After 30 Days

Annual Plans

If you cancel an annual plan after 30 days, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. Contact support to discuss your options.

Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions are not refundable after the 30-day guarantee period. However, you can cancel anytime and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

How Billing Works

GrowthPilot AI uses Shopify's billing system. When you subscribe, charges appear on your Shopify invoice alongside your other app subscriptions. Refunds are processed through the same system.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Shopify admin:

  1. Go to Settings → Apps and sales channels
  2. Find GrowthPilot AI
  3. Click "Uninstall" or manage your subscription

After cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
