1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using GrowthPilot AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GrowthPilot AI is a Shopify application that provides:

  • AI-powered analytics and insights
  • AI content generation (product descriptions, ad copy, emails)
  • Competitor tracking and intelligence
  • Ad platform integrations (Google, Meta, TikTok)

AI Disclaimer: AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use.

3. User Accounts

You must have a valid Shopify store to use GrowthPilot AI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

4.1 Pricing

Current pricing plans: Free ($0), Lite ($29/mo), Growth ($79/mo), Agency ($199/mo). Annual billing saves 17%.

4.2 Free Trial

The Lite plan includes a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period.

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing, you authorize Shopify to charge your payment method on file.

4.4 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact support@growthpilotai.app within 30 days of your first paid subscription for a full refund.

5. AI Credits

AI features consume credits. Credit costs:

  • Chat messages: 1 credit
  • Product descriptions: 5 credits (30 with AI image)
  • Ad copy sets: 5 credits (25 with AI image)
  • Email campaigns: 10 credits

Credits reset monthly and do NOT roll over.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Abuse AI features for spam or malicious content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service
  • Use automated bots to access the Service without permission
  • Resell AI-generated content as a commercial service

7. Intellectual Property

Our IP: GrowthPilot AI, including its code, design, and features, is owned by us.

Your Data: You retain ownership of your store data and AI-generated content.

Improvement Rights: We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models and services.

8. Third-Party Services

GrowthPilot AI integrates with third-party services (Shopify, Google, Meta, TikTok). We are not responsible for issues caused by these third-party services. You must comply with their respective terms of service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • Specific revenue increases or results
  • Accuracy of AI-generated content
  • Uninterrupted service availability

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin. We may terminate your access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
